Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining a well-organized store and stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers. The role involves a mix of physical labor, inventory management, and customer service, providing a dynamic environment for those who enjoy hands-on work.

Day in the Life

As a Receiver or Stocker, your primary focus is on the flow of goods within the store. You will be responsible for unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. A significant part of the role involves stocking shelves and building merchandise displays to ensure the store looks its best. You will also assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Customer interaction is a key component of this position. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you are expected to maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses heavily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This allows for a quieter environment to complete tasks without the distraction of daytime foot traffic. Overnight stockers may be eligible for an additional pay differential depending on the location.
