Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that our facilities remain organized and safe.

Day in the Life

As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary focus will be on unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and building attractive merchandise displays that enhance the shopping experience.

Beyond inventory management, this role involves active customer engagement. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing support with equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is critical, so you will also be responsible for keeping the store and stockroom in top condition.

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus shifts to preparing the store for the next day. Overnight Stockers the following day. This involves intensive stocking, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is ready for morning operations.
