About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores well-stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Day in the Life

You will assist with inventory counts and help customers load heavy merchandise, bulky items such as feed or equipment. This hands-on approach ensures that customers leave with the products they need, whether for their home or their farm.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This role. Overnight stockers help ensure the store is ready for business when it opens, maintaining the high standards of organization and readiness that Tractor Supply Co. is known for.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour. Benefits may include employee discounts, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance programs, and overnight shift pay differential. Overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
