About the Role
As a Tractor Supply Co. Receiver/Stocker, you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment. This position is essential for preparing the store for the next day of business, particularly for overnight stockers who focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and building merchandise displays.
Day in the Life
Your day-to-day activities will involve a mix of physical tasks and customer interaction. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will help with inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom. Whether you are working day or overnight shifts, your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of the store.
