About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, managing the flow of goods from delivery to display.
Your day-to-day involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves with care. You will also build merchandise displays that attract customers and assist with inventory counts to maintain accuracy. A key part of your responsibility is helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they leave with a positive experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both team members and shoppers.
