About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receiver/Stocker team members to ensure our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of inventory management and store presentation that define the Tractor Supply experience.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Your day typically involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves with merchandise. You will also be responsible for building attractive merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
A key part of this role is customer service. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have what they need to complete their projects. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
