About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain an inviting shopping environment. Your efforts directly contribute to building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and availability for our customers.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, bulky items such as feed or equipment, providing assistance with equipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store and stockroom is a key part of your daily routine. For those in overnight positions, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations, ensuring the team starts the day ready to serve.
