About the Role
As a Tractor Supply Co. Receiver/Stocker, you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and our shelves stocked for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Your duties also include building merchandise displays, assisting with inventory counts, and helping customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is essential to providing a great shopping experience.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
