Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of goods from the moment they arrive until they are ready for our customers.

Your day-to-day involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves with precision. You will also build attractive merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Beyond the backroom, you will be on the floor helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing assistance with equipment, ensuring they leave with a positive experience. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom is also a key part of your responsibility.
