About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores stocked and ready for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure our merchandise is available for purchase. This position also involves building merchandise displays, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom.
Day in the Life
Your day-to-day responsibilities include helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment. In addition to general stocking duties, overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day.
