About the Role
As a Tractor Supply Co. Receiver/Stocker, you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, stock shelves, and build merchandise displays. Your work ensures that our customers have access to the products they need, from feed and equipment to general merchandise.
In addition to stocking duties, you will assist with inventory counts and help customers load heavy merchandise. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is essential to providing a safe and welcoming environment for both team members and customers.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This schedule offers an additional pay differential of $1–$3 per hour, depending on location, on top of the base hourly rate.
