About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receiver/Stocker team members to keep our stores running smoothly and ensure our customers have access to the products they need. This role is essential to maintaining a well-organized, safe, and welcoming environment for both our team and our customers.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your day typically involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure merchandise is available for customers. You will also build attractive merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
A key part of this role is providing excellent customer service. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they leave with what they need safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, this position offers a unique opportunity to focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day’s operations. Overnight stockers play a critical role in ensuring the store is ready for customers when it opens. Depending on the location, overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential.
