About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores well-stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Additionally, you will build merchandise displays, assist with inventory counts, and help customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. Your efforts ensure that our store and stockroom remain clean, organized, and ready for the next day's business.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is primarily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the following day. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
