Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Stockers and Receivers to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores by ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and shelves are fully stocked for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Receiver, your primary focus will be on the logistical backbone of the store. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and manage warehouse inventory, and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked on shelves. A key part of your role involves building attractive merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience. You will also assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Customer service is an integral part of this position. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, bulky items such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the support needed to take their purchases home. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom, stockroom to ensure a pleasant environment for both employees and customers.

Overnight Stockers focus specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business day, ensuring that the store opens ready for customers.
