About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of goods from delivery to display.
Day in the Life
Your day involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain an inviting shopping environment. You will build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy. A key part of your role is helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing them with the support they need.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom, ensuring that our spaces are safe and efficient for both staff and customers. For those in overnight positions, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations.
