This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family. As an independent contractor, you will represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions, coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. The role involves strategic prospecting to find new clients and interacting with them through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses.
To ensure success, the company provides thorough, hands-on sales training and access to industry-leading platforms designed to scout leads and close deals. While the role is commission-based with no hourly wage or salary, full-time agents have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.
