This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family. The core mission is to represent home sellers and buyers through complex real estate transactions. Success in this role entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Agents will employ strategic prospecting methods to identify new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. The day-to-day involves interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses. Whether you are a licensed agent or currently in the process of obtaining your license, you are encouraged to apply. Unlicensed applicants will be connected with a partnered real estate school to guide them through the licensing process before being considered for the position.
To ensure success, the company provides thorough, hands-on sales training for team members at all experience levels. Agents also gain access to the industry's most efficient platforms to scout leads and ensure deals are closed.
