About the Role
This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family to represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. The role entails coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. Agents will also perform strategic prospecting methods to identify new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. Success in this role requires interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses, while operating with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset and an unwavering drive to help clients find the right property.
Training and Support
To ensure success, the company provides the most thorough hands-on sales training available, catering to both new and seasoned team members. Agents are given access to the industry's most efficient platforms to scout leads and ensure deals are closed. Whether you are already licensed or currently in the process of obtaining your license, you are encouraged to apply. Applicants without a license will be contacted by a partnered real estate school with information on how to obtain the necessary credentials before being considered for the position.
Compensation Structure
Real estate agents at Keller Williams operate as independent contractors. Income is purely commission-based, meaning there is no hourly wage or salary. However, full-time agents have the potential to earn $100,000+ in a single year.
