About the Role
This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family. Whether you are already licensed or currently in the process of obtaining your real estate license, you are encouraged to apply. If you are unlicensed, you will be contacted by a partnered real estate school with guidance on how to obtain your license before being considered for the role.
As a Keller Williams agent, you will represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. You will also employ strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. Success in this role requires interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses, while operating with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset.
To ensure you thrive, the company provides thorough, hands-on sales training for team members at all experience levels. Agents also gain access to the industry's most efficient platforms to scout leads and close deals effectively.
Compensation Model
Real estate agents at Keller Williams operate as independent contractors. Compensation is purely commission-based, meaning there is no hourly wage or salary. Full-time agents have the potential to earn $100,000+ in a single year, depending on their performance and closed transactions.
Hiring Process
Applicants without a real estate license are invited to apply. Once your application is received, you will be contacted by our partnered real estate school with information on how to obtain your license. If you are already licensed, you will be contacted directly regarding next steps for the position.
