About the Role
Are you a new real estate agent looking to grow your skills, or an experienced agent wanting more flexibility? The Associate Agent role is designed for those who want to work with customers on their own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. This position allows you to set your own hours, control your workload, and work remotely out in the field with no office visits required.
In this role, you will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. You will have access to plenty of customers, particularly on weekends, and can utilize free, optional educational services to further develop your skills. As an independent contractor, you will earn a flat-rate payment for each field event you complete.
