Alaska Airlines, a leading U.S. carrier based in SeaTac, WA, is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to join our Transportation & Logistics team. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be the backbone of on-time flight operations, working directly with flight and ground crews to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnarounds. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and situational awareness are critical. From loading and unloading baggage and cargo to marshaling aircraft with standardized signals, your work ensures that every passenger and piece of mail reaches its destination safely. This role requires collaboration with gate agents, maintenance teams, and flight crews to coordinate complex ramp activities under varying weather conditions.
Candidates must be prepared to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening. Successful applicants will also need to obtain and maintain an airport SIDA badge and required ramp/ground handling clearances. Specific training on safety and equipment operation will be provided upon hire.
