About the Role
This position serves as a vital guide in the diagnostic journey, preparing patients for examinations and performing diagnostic radiology procedures. You will be part of the Dawson Supplemental Staff, operating within a caring environment where learning is viewed as a life-long process.
In this role, you will utilize digital fluoroscopy equipment and other imaging technologies to obtain optimal diagnostic images. Your day involves greeting patients with a friendly demeanor, explaining procedures in clear terms, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. You will function as a collaborative team member, maintaining proficiency in various medical imaging procedures while adhering to strict safety guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
