About the Role
As a Radiology Scheduler, you will be the vital link ensuring patients receive the care they need swiftly and efficiently. You will coordinate appointments, interact directly with patients, and manage incoming calls with professionalism. Your day-to-day involves managing patient appointment requests in a fast-paced environment, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with medical staff to maintain organized records.
This onsite role challenges you to think on your feet and sharpen your communication skills while contributing to a professional culture committed to excellence. You will work Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work some Saturdays as necessary.
