About the Role
As a Radiologic Technologist at CareNow, you will join an amazing team that works hard to support each other. You will be a champion of patient care, providing expertise and ensuring that patients receive high-quality services in a timely manner. This role is designed for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
You will work closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Your day will involve performing radiological and lab duties, including x-rays, drug screens, urinalysis, and other in-house tests, while also supporting front desk duties such as greeting patients and managing records. You will ensure that all efforts are coordinated to provide excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform all x-ray views according to provider orders and clinical practice
- check_circleProcess specimens for reference labs and maintain related records
- check_circleMaintain, calibrate, and perform daily controls on lab and x-ray equipment
- check_circleEnsure adherence to occupational client work forms and infection control policies
- check_circleCollaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care and ensure high quality service
- check_circleConduct drug screens, urinalysis, and other in-house lab tests accurately
- check_circleSupport front desk duties including patient check-in, check-out, and records release
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services
- verifiedRegistered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification
- verifiedBLS certification within 30 days of start
- verifiedFederal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start
- verifiedFederal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start
- verifiedState license for Office Laboratory Assistant (if required by state)
- verified1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred
