About the Role

This non-exempt medical office position is designed for a compassionate healthcare professional eager to contribute to patient care. You will perform routine X-ray examinations, preparing patients for radiological procedures and taking X-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. Your work ensures that patients, yourself, and staff are protected from radiation exposure by practicing sound procedures that meet or exceed recommended industry standards.

In this role, you will develop and process radiological film to obtain quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by Physicians, PAs, or NPs. You will maintain a repeat rate of two percent or less, ensuring high-quality imaging. Beyond clinical duties, you will order supplies for the X-Ray department, keep X-Rays and records filed, and maintain records required by the state in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. You will also work closely with the medical team to receive guidance for treating patients, perform lab work as directed, and make suggestions to improve work methods.
