About the Role

As the Quality Supervisor in Ottumwa, IA, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Quality Technicians, ensuring that quality plans are met and production remains consistent with established standards. This role is pivotal in bridging product development, manufacturing, and process improvement with customer expectations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, designing experiments for product and line qualifications while analyzing and solving complex quality problems.

Your day will involve a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving. You will manage the collection and analysis of quality data to inform production priorities, ensuring the plant remains "inspection ready" for third-party, regulatory, and certification audits. By utilizing fundamental statistical methods and quality tools, you will troubleshoot issues, validate corrective actions, and maintain rigorous food safety and compliance standards. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a culture of trust and wellbeing, mentoring your team to embrace diverse perspectives and drive innovation.
