About the Role
As a Quality Representative, you will serve as the bridge between our company's quality standards and the field operations. You will communicate quality standards, values, and requirements to business partners, foremen, superintendents, and project managers to ensure full compliance. Your role involves analyzing contract documents and construction drawings to provide feedback on unique quality concerns, while conducting audits to support operations and recommend corrective actions.
You will act as the onsite quality representative for single or multiple projects, fostering robust relationships with internal and external clients, including owners, business partners, manufacturer representatives, and third-party consultants. A key part of your day involves supporting the proficient use of internal quality assurance systems to prepare detailed reports on compliant and non-compliant conditions. You will also participate in staff and quality committee meetings to report on trends, create communication plans to mitigate issues, and provide mentorship and guidance to field personnel.

Requirements

- verifiedUnderstanding of ACI, PTI, and CRSI Tolerances
- verifiedPTI Certification preferred
- verifiedProficient in MS Office
- verifiedAbility to read drawings, specifications, building codes and other technical product and material data
- verifiedKnowledge of material and field-testing for QA processes
