This position is based in Nebraska City, NE, within our protein and salt business unit. You will play a vital part in running and reporting on daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your day will involve adhering to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and performing audits to determine compliance with established criteria. You will also be responsible for inspecting facilities and documenting information on forms, as well as performing electronic data entry into various computer platforms. This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English to interpret manuals, procedures, and policies, and to work effectively in a cold to warm environment.
