About the Role
This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our daily operations within the protein and salt business. You will be responsible for running and reporting on daily activities while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. The position requires a keen eye for detail to maintain cleanliness and housekeeping, audit documentation and processes for compliance, and inspect facilities to ensure they meet determined criteria. You will also document information on forms and perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms, working within a cold to warm environment.
