About the Role
In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations team in Nebraska City, NE, working the 2nd shift. You will run and report on daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your day will involve adhering to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and performing audits to determine compliance with established criteria. You will also inspect facilities and document information on forms, utilizing electronic data entry across various computer platforms to support our mission of delivering safe, high-quality products.
