About the Role
In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations team in Nebraska City, NE. You will run and report on daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your day will involve adhering to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and performing audits to determine compliance with established criteria. You will also be responsible for inspecting facilities and documenting information on forms, as well as performing electronic data entry into various computer platforms.
