About the Role
This role is located in Nebraska City, NE, operating on the 2nd shift. You will play a key part in running and reporting on daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your day will involve adhering to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and performing electronic data entry. You will also be responsible for auditing documentation and processes to determine compliance with established criteria, as well as inspecting facilities to ensure they meet those same standards.
