About the Role
This role is integral to running and reporting on daily operations within a cold to warm environment. You will ensure food safety and quality while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. The position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping, as well as auditing documentation and processes to determine compliance with established criteria. You will also inspect facilities to ensure they meet compliance standards and perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms.
