This role is based in Nebraska City, NE, operating on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for running and reporting on daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your day will involve adhering to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and performing audits to determine compliance with established criteria. You will also inspect facilities and document information on forms, utilizing electronic data entry across various computer platforms to support our mission of delivering safe products.
