About the Role
This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our daily operations in Nebraska City, NE. You will be responsible for running and reporting on daily activities while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. The position requires a keen eye for detail to audit documentation, inspect facilities for compliance, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping. You will work within a cold to warm environment, documenting information on forms and performing electronic data entry to support our operational goals.
