About the Role

In product management, you will serve as the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and the technologies that solve customer problems. You will confirm that solutions meet market demands and drive business growth.

Your involvement spans the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This includes managing modifications, upgrades, and maintenance. For commercial products, your scope extends to commercialization, go-to-market planning, and sales support. As a Senior Associate, you will lead requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and product release planning, securing alignment with business goals while advocating for customer needs.

This role is focused on building meaningful client connections and learning to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical expertise. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, deliver quality, and embrace ambiguity—using unclear paths as opportunities to ask questions and grow.
