Job Description
About Ramboll
Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company. As a foundation-owned people company founded in Denmark. We believe that the purpose of sustainable change is to create a thriving world for both nature and people. Our history is rooted in a clear vision of how a responsible company should act and being open and curious is a cornerstone of our culture.
Ramboll in the Americas has thousands of experts working across more than 70 offices. Ramboll experts deliver innovative solutions across Environment & Health, Water, Energy, and Planning & Urban Design.
About the Role
Ramboll is seeking a motivated Pursuit Manager to join the global Environment & Health Strategic Pursuits team. Building on the foundations of a tender manager, the Pursuit Manager supports technical teams across pre‑tender propositioning, strategy development, tender response management, interviews and lessons learned.
Reporting to the Strategic Pursuits Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic bids and tenders, collaborating with colleagues across Commercial, Operational, Technical, Digital, Sustainability and Key Account teams. While your focus will be largely on the Americas region, it is a global role so you will be working with people internationally. Cultural awareness and occasionally working to different time zones is required. Therefore, the candidate will be ideally based on the US East coast to align more closely to European times – although candidates from other regions will be considered.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, consultative, collaborative, personable and eager to get the best out of others while not being afraid to challenge traditional thinking. The successful candidate will use their best‑practice knowledge of bids and capture processes to develop and execute winning pursuit strategies.
