Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide outpatient psychotherapy to patients in various settings
- check_circleProvide weekly supervision to licensed therapists and students
- check_circleLead staff meetings and manage clinical case review processes
- check_circleOrganize and lead annual utilization reviews for therapy teams
- check_circleProvide on-call coverage for mental health emergencies and urgent needs
- check_circleCoordinate internships and training for Masters of Social Work students
- check_circleParticipate in the vetting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff
- check_circleAddress patient concerns, complaints, and complex risk cases
- check_circleManage clinician coverage, waitlists, and case assignments
- check_circleAssist with clinical protocol development and policy reviews
- check_circleSupport grant management, reporting, and administrative workflows
- check_circleConduct clinical assessments, evaluations, and urgent consultations
