As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital link in our continuum of care, delivering high-quality services in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure that patients receive accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans that evolve with their needs. You will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and provide ongoing individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care. You will monitor patient progress using outcome measures, adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR. By adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, you will contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment where risk assessment and crisis intervention are handled with expertise and care.

Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited program. Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited internship. Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT). Familiarity with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology.
