About the Role
As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient well-being. This role exists to deliver high-quality outpatient psychotherapy and comprehensive psychological assessments in both in-person and telehealth settings. You will serve as a key partner to psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers, coordinating care to ensure measurable patient outcomes.
Your day will involve conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Beyond direct patient care, you will engage in risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention, while documenting all encounters accurately in our electronic health records. We emphasize a supportive environment where you can participate in case consultations, quality-improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
