As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital link in delivering high-quality outpatient care through both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to ensure patients receive comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing support tailored to their unique needs.
In this position, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, and group) utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to coordinate seamless care, participate in case consultations, and drive quality-improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, offering the flexibility to tailor your schedule while providing opportunities for ongoing professional development and career advancement.
