LifeStance Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to diverse patient populations. We foster a culture of empowerment, quality, and collaboration, ensuring that every team member has access to robust clinical support and clear pathways for professional growth. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through ethical, patient-centered care delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital member of our clinical team, delivering high-quality care in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to bridge the gap between comprehensive psychological assessment and ongoing therapeutic intervention, ensuring patients receive personalized, effective treatment plans. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care. You will monitor patient progress using outcome measures, adjust treatment strategies as clinically indicated, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR systems. By adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, you will contribute to a positive, collaborative environment where patient well-being is the top priority.
We believe in supporting our clinicians with manageable caseloads and the resources needed to thrive. LifeStance offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. We are committed to cultural competence in patient care and provide an environment where your professional expertise is valued and your career advancement is supported.
LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, identity, or experience, striving to build a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
