As a Psychologist at LifeStance, you will serve as a vital member of our clinical team, delivering high-quality care in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role exists to bridge the gap between comprehensive psychological assessment and ongoing therapeutic intervention, ensuring patients receive personalized treatment plans that evolve with their needs.
In this position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations and formulate accurate diagnoses using evidence-based approaches. Your day-to-day involves delivering individual, family, and group psychotherapy while maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, monitor patient progress through outcome measures, and adjust treatment strategies as clinically indicated.
