About the Role

The Inline Group is seeking a Psychiatry Physician to join a busy primary care practice in New York. This employed position offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers, focusing on assessment and medication co-management. The role is designed for both new graduates and experienced physicians, providing a collaborative environment to support adolescent and adult patients, primarily within the ages of 14-65.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position offers flexibility in work model, allowing providers to choose between in-person or remote work based on their preference. The schedule is structured around 5-20 hours per week, with no call requirements. The workflow is optimized for efficiency, with an average of 4 patients seen per hour, focusing on medication co-management and chart review.

Collaboration and Team Dynamics

Success in this role relies on close collaboration with the primary care team. The psychiatrist will work directly with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participation in insurance plans at WFM is required, ensuring seamless integration with the practice's billing and operational systems.

Qualifications and Licensing

Candidates must hold a current US work visa and possess a state license to practice. The role is open to Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctors, including those with or without US residency training. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive compensation rate of $180 per hour. Benefits are provided for full-time employees, while part-time positions do not include additional benefits.
