About the Role
This position is designed for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who value clinical autonomy and flexibility. You will have control over your schedule, session structure, and patient population, while benefiting from minimal administrative burden. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
Day-to-Day Practice
Your day-to-day practice will be 100% remote, featuring standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. You will not be required to cover inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis situations. Instead, you will operate within an integrated care model that includes an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists. Full operational support is provided, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Patient populations are balanced according to your individual criteria and preferences, allowing for clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements
