About the Role
The PSID Case Scoper serves as a critical operational hub, responsible for creating detailed Case Assignment Sheets that guide investigators and investigative technicians in the field and in-house. This role ensures that every investigation is structured correctly from the outset, aligning with Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) and specific customer requirements.
In this position, you will manage the flow of incoming cases, identifying special emphasis items and Expandable Focused Investigation Model (EFIM) flags to ensure comprehensive coverage. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting field issues, processing reassignment tickets, and coordinating with contract leads to scope new requests immediately upon receipt. You will act as a liaison between the field and the office, maintaining professional relationships with supervisors, investigators, and all ADC LTD NM personnel while ensuring investigations are completed within strict timelines, typically a maximum of 18 days.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be prepared for a rigorous vetting process. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain an interim clearance and/or appropriate agency approvals while in the process of securing a Top Secret Clearance. Upon receipt of the Top Secret clearance, the incumbent must maintain active clearance and all necessary agency approvals.
