About the Role
The Provider Advocate, Dental role is pivotal in delivering support to address provider issues, including escalating concerns related to member placement. The position also involves providing advanced provider education for Georgia, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
This role is critical to advancing the network's strategic goals, directly influencing network growth targets, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and improving provider and member experiences.

Requirements
- verified2+ years of experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting, or provider relations
- verifiedHealthcare and/or dental industry experience
- verifiedExperience prospecting new and existing provider leads
- verifiedDemonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- verifiedWilling and able to travel 25% +/- within territory assigned or other market according to business needs
- verifiedValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- verifiedReside in Georgia
