About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community (IC). This role is designed for a leader who thrives in secure environments and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects related to facilities, infrastructure, and operational support. You will serve as the bridge between government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineering staff, and contractors to ensure mission alignment and operational readiness.

In this position, you will apply Facilities Management best practices to drive infrastructure upgrades and sustainment efforts. Your day-to-day involves managing projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for briefing senior leadership on project status, milestones, and risks, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess an active Top Secret SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered for this position. The role requires a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management within secure, regulated, or government environments.
