About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage assigned design and construction projects, ensuring the Company's goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. You will serve as a central communication hub, successfully engaging with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. The position requires providing internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and key stakeholders to drive project success.

Measures of Success

Success in this role is defined by completing projects within time and budget while meeting or exceeding the specifications set by stakeholders. You will enhance Marsden's execution and agility by defining, delivering, and supporting project plans that support our rapid growth and standardization across multiple sites.
