We are seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex IT infrastructure initiatives within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects involving communication networks. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating computer-related activities, including electronic data processing and systems analysis, to ensure end-user requirements are met throughout the contract lifecycle.
In this position, you will manage contract personnel and oversee the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of services. Your day-to-day focus involves developing long-term strategic objectives, performing horizontal integration planning, and interfacing with other functional areas to ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented timely. You will be accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria, estimating effort and costs for complex projects, and creating comprehensive project management plans that are monitored against progress and budget.
